What are Audio-Technica Broadcast Rental products?

Audio-Technica Broadcast Rental products have been pulled from our new-stock inventory and added in to our Broadcast Rental Dept stock.  Each product is tested prior to being shipped out and randomly sent to our Quality Control Department for testing in our anechoic chambers.

What is audio-technica.booqable.shop?

The Audio-Technica Rental Department website is operated through the rental software, Booqable.

Where can I buy new Audio-Technica products in the U.S.?

New products are available at www.audio-technica.com/en-us.

When will rental products marked "unavailable" become available?

We cannot guarantee when a product marked "unavailable" will be available again to rent, if ever.  For further information, please fill out the contact form below.

Orders

How do I rent broadcast equipment?

Once you submit a rental request, you will receive an automated email with the details of your request. An Audio-Technica staff will then follow up with an email or phone call to confirm any details. This will likely happen during our hours of operation (M-F 9am-5pm EST). A confirmation email will then be sent to you confirming the rental and followed up with a 2nd email which includes the agreement and contract. The agreement and contract must be digitally signed and emailed back to Audio-Technica. Once this is completed, the order will be processed and either shipped or ready for pickup.

What are my payment options?

Audio-Technica Broadcast Rental accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via Stripe.

A credit card is required for renting.  A security deposit of $1 will be placed on the card when ordering.  The remainder of your payment is processed once the order is returned and checked into our stock.  Alternatively, the remainder of the rental balance may be paid from a bank account via Paypal.  

How do I know my order status?

You will receive email updates as we process your order, including an order confirmation after you place the order and a shipping notification with a tracking number when your order ships. If you have any other questions, please fill out the contact form below.  

Will I be charged sales tax?

Audio-Technica Broadcast Rental products are currently taxed based on the billing address.

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please fill out the form below and be certain to include your reservation number.  Canceled orders may be processed Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. EST.

**Please note, order cancellations may not be available based on the processing status of your order.

Shipping

What are the shipping charges for renting?

Audio-Technica Broadcast Rental shipment charges are based on the size and weight of the products.  Shipping costs will be included in the final invoice.

Shipping the equipment back to Audio-Technica is the responsibility of the rental customer.  The contents of the shipment must be properly packed and with appropriate shipping padding to ensure safe delivery. 

Can I expedite shipping?

Audio-Technica Broadcast Rental may be able to expedite a rental shipment at a higher shipping rate.  It is not, however, guaranteed.  We recommend allowing adequate time to ship, receive, and test your equipment prior to its intended use.  This allows for any delay in the process to not interrupt your use of the rental equipment. 

Where does Audio-Technica Broadcast Rental ship to?

Audio-Technica Broadcast Rental ships to all 50 U.S. states.  Please expect longer shipping times for P.O. Box addresses.

How will I know when my order ships?
